Camp Kale is my flagship healthy lifestyle program. This 21-day program is offered several times a year to provide comprehensive nutrition education and healthy lifestyle coaching. Camp Kale includes daily coaching emails, the Camp Kale cookbook, meal plans, complimentary 1-on-1 phone chats, and other resources and support.
