You’ll find that most of the recipes listed are vegan or vegetarian.

It’s not that I’m pushing a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle — I’m actually protein agnostic. Whether you eat chicken, fish, tofu or nuts — it’s all good to me. We all need to eat what is best for our bodies for this particular period of time in our lives.

While I’m not biased about proteins, I am adamant that people eat more vegetables. Fruit is good, too, but in limited amounts if you’re dealing with blood sugar issues. That’s why you’ll see so many plant-based recipes here. I figure most people have an easier time grilling chicken or roasting tofu — it’s the vegetables and plant-based recipes they need the most help with.
